In 1995, a proposal was presented by the renown personalities of the town to family members of Dr. Prem Chand Sachdevato establish a fully moral values based school on the lines of Gurukools, an enriching learning experience.
In 1995 Dr. Prem Chand Sachdeva Memorial AdarshShikshaSamiti (Regd.) opened its doors to 278 students and 14 teachers under the first Founder-Principal Mr. Ramesh Kumar Sachdeva. The first batch appeared for Haryana State Education Board, Bhiwani appeared in 1996. Those three Students were Namita, Rahul and Manish and these three scored more than 80% marks. By 1996, the strength of the School had risen to 368.
The bountiful land for the school was leased by Sachdeva Family in 2003 purchased from generous civilians. The Management has not levied anycess on the annual charges (Administrative charges) to construct the school buildings, develop infrastructure and run it to educate the students of rural area.

Parents, guardians are encouraged to enroll their wards no later than March for the academic year beginning in April. The rules and regulations laid down by CBSE with regards to admission are followed.
Parents/Guardians seeking admission should register their documents. Registration -Interview – Examination – Merit List – Admission.Admission are granted strictly on merit without any prejudice to caste creed, sex or religion. Admission of students are renewed every year depending on the student overall performance.

Open House Meeting : Education is the joint responsibility of teachers and parents. The interaction between the two is facilitated through open house meeting at regular intervals. Students shall not be allowed to appear in the examination unless all dues paid. A grey card will be issued for unsatisfactory progress in studies, insufficient attendance and for unwanted behaviour.
Parents Teacher Interaction: Parents are welcome to see teachers every Saturday( 1 hour after school off). They are informed periodically about their child’s progress. A healthy dialogue is established in the Parents Teachers meet organised after every terminal examination.
All students at HPS are encouraged to take part in voluntary and after-school activities. The school expects the highest possible standards of effort, self-discipline and achievement.
A high standard of personal appearance is expected of all students. Families are asked for their support in encouraging their children to arrive at the school in full school uniform. All uniform/and personal possession brought into school should be clearly labelled. Students are discouraged from bringing valuable items into school.
We believe that all students have the right to learn. We encourage good behaviour, punctuality and attendance as vital habits for a successful life. We have a strong culture of celebration, a recognition of positive behaviour and attitudes to learning, including regular prize giving ceremonies At HIA we emphasize the importance of personal responsibility and good relationship with all members of the school community, we encourage and atmosphere of respect and consideration for each other within a clear framework of firm but fair discipline. The Academy has a clear Behaviour Policy, which is available on our website, and there are a range of sanctions for pupils who misbehave. Those few students who interrupt the learning of others are removed from classrooms, given support to modify their behaviour and then reintegrated. Those who do not change their behaviour may have to leave the school.

Synchrostudy is a new technique in which blended learning is provided to students (for competitions are well as boards) with in the school premises and within the school hours. In this technique External experts work in full coordination with the School curriculum. The only method which provides ample time for self-study to the students. Interactive iLLUME is a unique methodology covering an ‘English Readiness Programme’ where reading, writing and comprehension are all fully addressed to help children learn oral and written English. It includes a specially designed ‘School Readiness’ programme enabling the child to acquire language, mathematical, cognitive, social and emotional skills at an early age. The phonic programme, as part of this new curriculum, will help children learn through a multisensory approach by using VAK (Visual, Audio and Kinetics) methodology.
